IAN CULBERT - SALES DIRECTOR
Ian spent 8 years with British Telecom's Business Systems Group
before joining Patterson Electronics in 1989. Whilst his main
function is overseeing the company's sales function his good
working knowledge of mobile communications systems ensures that
Patterson Electronics can deliver solutions for most customers
requirements - large or small. He is also responsible for the
design and maintenance of the company's quality system.
EDGAR MACLAINE - TECHNICAL
DIRECTOR
Edgar, who has an HNC in Electronics and communications, spent
15 years in the marine electronics industry before coming to
Patterson Electronics in 1990. He has gained much knowledge
of the Motorola range and the design of radio networks. He is
responsible for the service and installation side of the business.
MICHAEL BURTON & MARK LYTTLE
- CUSTOMER SERVICES
Michael has been with Patterson Electronics since 1993 and Mark
became full-time in 2000 having been part-time for a couple
of years. Michael is responsible for stock control whilst Mark
looks after the operation of the hire fleet. Both maintain the
company's databases and deal with goods in and goods out.
NICHOLA O’NEILL - SALES
All the company's sales staff are employed, not only for their
knowledge of mobile communications, but also their commitment
to customer service. If Patterson Electronics cannot provide
a suitable solution they will, if possible, recommend someone
who can. The company takes a dim view of any member of staff
who does not recommend the best product or service for a customer's
need.
CHRIS O'HARA - SENIOR TECHNICIAN
PAUL FENTON & FRED PAVIS - TECHNICIAN/INSTALLERS
All our technical staff can carry out the full engineering function
of the company. Having initially been recruited for their previous
technical training and experience they are then further trained,
either by Motorola or internally. They can program, maintain
and install the full range to an extremely high standard.
BOBBY CURRIE - FINANCIAL
CONTROLLER
Bobby recently joined the company having been employed in accountancy
for many years with companies including the Milk Marketing Board.
Bobby is responsible for overseeing the financial function of
the company.
SHARON SWAIN - CREDIT
CONTROL
Sharon has been with the company since 2002. She ensures that
suppliers are paid on time and expects customers to follow the
same philosophy! She also maintains the company databases.
