Patterson Electronics Ltd, a locally owned company in the mobile communications business for over 30 years, are Motorola's sole approved two-way radio and paging dealership in Northern Ireland. Customers include Government departments, Education boards, Health boards and trusts, most of Northern Ireland's Local Authorities and many well known private sector companies such as British Telecom, BBC, Royal Mail, H&W and Translink to name but a few.

Patterson Electronics was formed in the late 1960's as a message handling service with users having the option of renting two way radio to facilitate checking for messages. From this beginning the company has grown to become a one-stop mobile communications supplier. As we as the sale and service of Motorola two-way radio and the operation of wide-area radio systems throughout Northern Ireland, the company also has over 1000 Motorola walkie-talkies for short and long term rental. The company's extensive range ensures that customers are provided with the best mobile communications to stay in touch on the move.

The company is now entering a new period of growth following a management buyout. New vehicle tracking products and marine and airband radios have been added to the range and the company is continually evaluating products to ensure that they stay at the leading edge of mobile communications technology and to continue to provide the best mobile communication package.
